Studiotech were responsible for the supply and installation of the RGBW colour changing LED lighting to the central staircase as well as the festoon feature lighting to the rooftop breakout space.
Studiotech was also responsible for the manufacture, supply and installation of a total of over 218 metres of festoon style catenary lighting to the rooftop breakout space, providing functional and directional lighting, maximising use of this modern rooftop garden.

Over 218 metres of festoon-style catenary lighting were designed, supplied, and installed across the rooftop garden, providing both functional and directional lighting to enhance the space.
Studiotech designed and fabricated bespoke brackets that sit over the parapet of the building which meant the festoon lighting could be installed without penetrating the cladding.
Control
For the central staircase, Studiotech supplied and installed RGBW colour-changing LED lighting, including linear diffused LED strip lights for up-lighting and LED strips under the handrails, creating an ambient walkway.
To achieve a seamless finish on the central staircase, Studiotech carefully executed complex mitres where the LED profiles met at angles—particularly around corners and handrail junctions. This attention to detail ensured a clean, continuous line of light that elevated the overall design and maintained the integrity of the architectural vision.
Experience
The project was an excellent showcase of Studiotech’s expertise in custom lighting solutions. From the seamless integration of RGBW lighting in the staircase to the strategic placement of festoon lighting on the rooftop, Studiotech delivered a stylish and functional lighting design that elevated the ambiance and usability of both spaces.
