Kirklees Council, in partnership with Network Rail and Grand Central, has illuminated Mirfield Station’s underpass to make it more welcoming for people visiting the station.
Designed by Designs for Lighting and installed by Studiotech, the project was not without it’s challenges. The uneven stonework made for a tricky installation and necessitated the fabrication of bespoke bracket arrangement for a discreet installation.
